Maintenance Fitter

One of Melbourne’s best known food manufacturers based in the Northern suburbs is currently seeking an experienced maintenance fitter to join their team on the afternoon shift.
 
The day to day duties will include following a preventative maintenance schedule, breakdown response and repair and capital works projects.

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in the food  or FMCG industry.  You will need knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics, disconnect/reconnect license is advantageous so is previous experience  with Allen Bradley PLC’s.

Working hours will be from 2pm - 10pm. If you feel you are someone that can handle the pressure of high speed machinery and wants the opportunity to prove yourself a valued member of a dynamic and forward thinking company then this is the role for you.
 
To be eligible for this role you must either be an Australian citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent residency Visa, you must also be a trade qualified fitter and turner and be immediately available.
