Maintenance Coordinator

Building a range of new homes for the WA market, this well recognised building group prides itself on quality and customer service. Due to continued growth and a strong market position, an opportunity now exists to join this dynamic team in Osborne Park.
 
Utilising your exceptional customer service skills and previous administration experience in the local building industry, you will act as the POC for client queries post construction. Working closely with the site supervisor, you will coordinate subcontractors to site, communicate timeframes to the client and sign off supplier invoices.
 
We are ideally looking for someone who has previously coordinated maintenance requests through property management in residential real estate or client liaison in construction.
 
You will need to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Thriving in a fast paced environment, you will enjoy multi-tasking and thinking outside the square.
