Project Engineer

Delivering projects up to $5m, our client requires a very experienced civil engineer to help deliver and manage subdivision and road works in the North Western Melbourne region.

Our client is a small close knit organisation that has been working across the Melbourne market for over 40 years. They have a strong reputation in the civil market in that project space up to $5m.

Due to continued growth they require an experienced civil engineer to help their business. You may be required to operate across  2 or 3 projects. You will essentially responsible for QA, tool box meetings, inductions, reading plans, OHS, site supervision, office related issues such as claims, purchase orders, programming and even tender preparations. Excellent communication skills are an absolute must, to be able to deal with the client effectively.

On offer will be a salary of $70-90k+super.

The ideal candidate must have a civil engineering qualification, either a diploma or degree. Ideally the candidate will have a number of years experience, this is not a junior role or a role where training will be provided. You will be one of the few engineers in the business, therefore must have a strong history of working in similar environments. The client has requested 10- 15  years experience minimum.
