Maintenance Electrician / Handy Person

A facilities management company have an immediate vacancy for an experienced maintenance electrician for an extensive portfolio based in Sydney. The role will also include some general maintenance work.
 
The successful candidate will be carrying out routine maintenance and servicing of equipment critical to the Portfolio. The role will include installing and repairing systems and equipment, developing specs and keeping accurate repair records. You’ll also be responsible for the BMS, daily inspections, emergency calls and ensuring all work is carried out to Company OH&S standards.
 
In return for a competitive package you will need excellent communication skills and have previous experience in a similar role and have a current NSW electrical licence.
