Engineering Manager

This is an opportunity to join a leading multinational organisation specialising in defence related products.  
 
The Engineering Managers responsibilities will include the delivery of engineering packages against schedule, cost and technical performance goals.  You will provide technical guidance during the development and installation of varying electronic system projects to the end of their lifecycle within a marine environment.  You will liaise with all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure success on delivering to requirements.
 
Ideally you will hold tertiary qualifications in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and have experience giving you a thorough understanding of systems engineering methodologies, engineering lifecycle and through life support for defence electronic platforms.  Experience in task scheduling, compliance, subcontractor and stakeholder management, and financial responsibility will be crucial in this position.  Due to the industry environment you must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
