Regional HR Advisor

As the regional HR Advisor you will be responsible for the delivery of HR services across multiple site locations within the region. You will advise on areas such as recruitment, employee relations, case management, disciplinary and grievance processes, training, workforce planning, OH&S, and retention initiatives. As the region's HR contact, you will be based in Bunbury, but required to travel extensively throughout the South West. You will be flexible, proactive and demonstrate a passion for people and high quality service.
 
It is essential that you are highly engaging, professional and motivated, and can bring a high level of enthusiasm to your work. You will have gained experience working within a fast paced operational environment, where you will have demonstrated outstanding relationship building skills and the ability to manage difficult stakeholders.  You will have strong generalist HR experience, and be effective at managing change and have a real passion to succeed.
