Senior Project HR Officer

Well established multidiscipline construction and engineering PMA company invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

Senior Project HR Officer
Sulawesi Tengah


Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree from any discipline subject
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position in Construction , Mining / Oil & Gas Industry
  • Familiar with Prepare Man Power Planning and establish headcount figure of site to support the business with sufficient number of manpower.
  • Conduct recruitment process for local candidates from the new personnel request process, local job advertisement, shortlist applications, and test.
  • Prepare Employment Agreement, Tax and Jamsostek
  • Good knowledge & implementation Indonesia labor law and regulation.
  • Coordinate with local authority such as Local Disnaker Office, Local Jamsostek Office, etc.
  • Able to manage employee camp and project office.
  • Familiar with payroll process and payment.
  • Able to manage de-mobilization of the employee due to project completion.
  • Able to handle of employee dispute (if any)
  • Familiar with company and expat licenses, such as arrangement for the RPTKA, Work Permit, KITAS, MREP, etc.
  • Good communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership
  • Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude
