To be successful in your application you will require:

• Around 5 years estimating experience
• A solid understanding of commercial light weight construction
• An understanding of the local Melbourne and Victorian sub contractor base
• Project exposure to around $10 million in value
• Past experience in residential townhouses and boutique apartments with basements
• Timberline experience preferred
