Electromechanical Project Manager - Electrical Contractor

This leading contractor is currently looking to appoint an Project Manager with an Electromechanical background to assist with a number of projects across Sydney.  As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing, supervising and coordinating the various contractors on site.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the completion of all projects on time and within budget
• Liaise with management, clients, colleagues, head and sub contractors
• Implementation of OH&S and QA systems
• Financial management and reporting
• Skills and Experience
• Electromechanical background is essential
• Relevant building industry qualifications
• 2 years min. experience working in the Electrical industry with proven in construction and fit-out projects
• Demonstrable experience running projects up to $500k
• Excellent OH&S knowledge

Solid time management and organizational skills together with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
