Senior Contracts Administrator - Head Contractor
Our client is a successful and growing building head contractor with a first class reputation and a solid pipeline of work from a loyal and expanding client base. Operating across Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure projects the company has the capability to deliver a range of new build, D&C and refurbishment projects to $20m +.
As Senior Contracts Administrator, you will have an excellent opportunity to oversee Contracts Administrators across multiple projects reporting in at Construction Manager level.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the financial aspects of sub-contract packages through Contracts Administrators
- Helping to oversee multiple projects between $1Million and $15Million
- Reporting into a Construction Manager you will be working closely with site and office teams - from an office base.
Skills and Experience
- Be degree level qualified in a Construction related course.
- Have at least 5years experience working for a reputable head contractor across a variety of Commercial building (non-residential) projects.
- Have exposure to projects of at least $10m in value
- Experience on structures would be an advantage.
- Currently reside within the Sydney area, and be prepared to travel to the CBE region.
