We currently have an opportunity for a qualified Leading hand fitter with our client’s team in their Muswellbrook workshop. This position will see you assisting the workshop supervisor with the day to day running of the workshop and the overhauling of hydraulic components.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising workshop employees
  • Scheduling work to ensure efficient utilisation of equipment and resources
  • Liaising with technical support staff and providing timely customer service
  • Assisting service personnel as required with the overhaul of hydraulic mining components

Essential criteria:

  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Demonstrated experience with hydraulics/ components
  • Experience in leading a team will be highly regarded
  • Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes
