  • Experience in an office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office  (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in the use of Data Management Systems

Full Job Description:

The Administration Assistant reports to the Office Manager and is key member of the IMS Administration Team.    
The role provides secretarial and administrative support for IMS Business Systems Management, Marketing, Communications and Promotions, and provides support to IMS Projects.   

General duties assigned to the role will include:

  • Manage CRM Database administration, data entry and system improvements 
  • Maintain IMS Document Management System with uniform office procedures, documentation and forms
  • Assist Consultants with client documentation, reports, flow charts and presentations
  • Ensure IMS website is maintained with accurate and up to date information
  • Update and development of marketing material as directed
  • Preparation and distribution of company newsletters
  • Other nominated administrative duties
  • Provide additional support for Reception duties

This role has a strong documentation focus requiring ability to provide a high standard of presentation in documentation and marketing material where attention to detail are critical components of delivery. Whilst not essential, exposure to MS Publisher and Visio will be well regarded, along with website publishing and maintenance
