Diesel Mechanic

Client is seeking a competent and well qualified french speaking Diesel Mechanic to join one of our mining client's in the DRC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of workshop, including earth moving equipment, land clearing equipment and subordinates, cost control as well as programming and implementation of fleet maintenance programs.

Requirements:

• Good French communication skills;
• Diesel mechanic qualification (trade certified or higher).
• At least 6 years experience in similar role.
• Able to motivate and lead a team consisting of both local and expatriate staff members.
• Proficiency in English essential
• Previous working experience in Africa essential

Salary 

• $80k - $60k
