OVERVIEW
- Provide metallurgical
knowledge and skills which will ensure compliance of company product with our
customers' requirements
- Resolve technical issues
relating to material purchase and processing through the supply chain
- To develop new products and
manufacturing methods
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent understanding of
metallurgy and material processing
- Understanding of Quality
procedures
- Excellent attention to
detail
- Good understanding of Inspection
procedures and processes
- Knowledge of metal processing,
forging and heat treatment
- In depth knowledge of
mechanical, non-destructive testing and corrosion test
- HNC
level or higher in a Metallurgy or Materials Science discipline
