nationally recognized consulting firm seeks entry level field technician
Applicant MUST have a 4 year degree in any of the following:
- Geology, Earth Science, Engineering, or related field
- Successful candidate must be outgoing, detail oriented, and enjoy both
independent outdoor work as well as indoor office work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills a must
General job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Conduct detailed pre-inspections of homes, commercial buildings/other
structures and perform on-site and remote seismograph vibration monitoring at
mining, quarry and construction operations
- Also field technicians are responsible for general office duties
including technical report writing and proofreading, use of general office
machines, software including MS Office
- On the job training is provided and on-going
- Reliable transportation for day and some overnight travel is required
Entry level salary plus great benefits and mileage reimbursement at US government rate.
