The Company:
Moving from strength to strength this company has established itself as a firm mid tier mining company within the Australian mining industry.

Turning their focus to their flagship operation, this firm is now bringing this significant project towards its production phase.

Your Role:
Reporting to the Manager Mining, your role as Underground Mine Superintendent will be to oversee the evaluation, planning and implementation of underground mine projects and production.

Your key focus will encompass both operational and future planning of the mining operations and to extract the current ore reserves within defined time frames in the most efficient manner.

As this is a new start up operation you will have significant input into the implementation of mining systems and procedures to ensure ore extraction is maximised from the outset of production.

As is expected you will have a significant impact on the success of mining from the outset.

Your Qualifications:
With a Tertiary Education in Mining Engineering or equivalent, experience at Superintendent level is expected along with an extensive underground production background.

Previous experience in start up operations will be highly regarded as will exposure to deep level mining.

Your Remuneration & Conditions:
This role will operate on a short roster FIFO from Perth. New camp facilities will be established on site including gymnasium, swimming pool, entertainment and modern accommodation.

This position attracts a highly competitive salary in line with market expectations to include a generous base plus superannuation and relocation where necessary.
