Human Resources Advisor

This highly successful mining company requires an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide HR advice and assistance for both Perth and it's open pit mine, located north of Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory.

Ideally you will have HR qualifications and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, together with a sound knowledge of HR practices, particularly in the area of recruitment, development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
·         Personnel planning
·         Recruitment
·         Development of staff retention and remuneration strategies
·         Visits to mine site to provide HR advice and assistance to mine management
·         Performance reviews and management issues
·         HR reporting
·         Liaising with payroll
·         Other general HR duties as required
