- Proven track record of supervising all aspects of quarry operations,
labor and achieving production efficiency.
- Proficient in planning; production, mine planning, controlling cost,
improving processes and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability in identifying, communicating and implementing Best
Operating Practices for operations, quality, maintenance, and safety
excellence.
- An uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- Skilled in evaluating existing operations for improvement opportunities
in mine planning, processing, equipment utilization, cost reduction, etc.
- Ability to develop strong leadership at the lead person and foreman
levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining or related discipline, with 3-5 years direct
experience in managing a large quarry.
- Base salary range of 70-80k, plus incentive and vehicle.
