The highly driven and ambitious candidate should possess the technical abilities to join a fun and professional team and maximise the following activities:
· Delivery of ore that meets Customer and Company expectations for both quantity and quality
· Maintain ore integrity through supervision of ore preparation, extraction and stockpiling activities
· Review and liaise with mine planning team regarding short-term and long-term mining plans
· Achieving production specification through blending, setting of concentration parameters, grade monitoring and product haulage/stockpile coordination
· Reporting of monthly operational parameters
· Maximise quality control information through the ongoing direction and participation of quality control projects
· Undertake business improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies and reduce cost
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $100k - $120k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for exceptional candidates.
