A successful mining and exploration company needs an ambitious Exploration Geologist to join their Pilbara operations. If you are keen to build a strong career in exploration or geology, then this is the position for you.
You will be reporting to the Senior Geologist and your core responsibilities will include:
· Planning and implementation of exploration programs
· Development of geological models for further exploration
· Geological mapping, sampling and reporting
· Assist with mine design
· Interpretation of geological data
To be successful in this role, you will need a tertiary degree in geology and two years experience in the mining industry.
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $80k - $95k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
