Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical

Our Client is actively seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at one of their most sought after mine locations. The position operates on an excellent DIDO roster or may offer single person accomodation. As part of a larger mining operations corporation there are excellent opportunites for career dvelopment.

You will be responsible for implementing and applying preventative and breakdown management strategies so that the plant and equipment are able to meet operational requirements. You will be reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent while identifying staffing development and training needs. The role also involves plant maintenance budgeting and cost reduction.

You will demonstrate
·         Sound business and organisational skills
·         Solid leadership qualities
·         Excellent written and Oral Communication skills, with an ability to communicate across all areas of the organistion
·         Time management capabilites
