Mechanical Design Engineer

• Key responsibilities of the position include: producing designs and technical drawings; taking an active role in product development; ensuring designs are produced to customer requirements and are compliant with relevant engineering and manufacturing standards; undertaking product testing and commissioning; producing supporting reports and product manuals.  
•  To be successful you must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD
• The engineering designs are currently produced in 2D format at present but the company want to move to 3D within the next 12 months, so 3D design experience would be preferable.
