Underground Mining Engineer

Our client is a major mining and civil construction company who specialise in both open cut and underground mining in Australia and around the world.
They are looking to appoint an Underground Mining Engineer with at least three years experience within the mining industry. In turn offer a competitive salary and excellent career opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Best practice safety performance
· Profitability
· Meeting of production and development targets
· Adherence to contractual KPI’s
· Ensuring principal’s directions and requirements are met
· Budget and forecast activity’s
· Mining cycle analysis
· OHS
The role is of a FIFO nature and will be on an 8&6 roster.
Candidates that are degree qualified and can demonstrate a proven track record within a similar role should apply.
