This dynamic and engaging Partner has developed a stellar practice and the team are consistently at the forefront of native title law developments due to their well established client portfolio which includes key public and private commercial decision makers and their exceptional knowledge of this specialist area.

The team is now seeking to bolster their ranks with a dynamic mid to senior level commercial lawyer.

Although, prior experience in land access matters, environment or native title law will be an advantage, the team are happy to mentor and develop strong commercial lawyers who have a genuine interest in developing their expertise in this area.

As the team is part of the firm's outstanding resources group you will enjoy an excellent flow of high quality advisory work relating to land issues including:
·         environmental law
·         land tenure and resource access matters affecting current and future infrastructure and mining developments
·         native title and Aboriginal heritage issues

You will also assist senior lawyers working on large projects to provide a high degree of contractual drafting, reviewing and legislative interpretation regarding state agreements and policy issues.

Interstate candidates who have a strong desire to develop their technical expertise in the environmental and native title areas should take note of this role as it delivers on all fronts.
