Human Resources Generalist Job Description:
- To perform Human Resources related duties at the
professional level. May carry out responsibilities in some or all of the
following functional areas:
- Employee and labour relations
- Recruitment
- Benefits & payroll
administration
- Training & presentations
- Performance management
- Health & Safety administration
- Tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Strong background in employee/labour relations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Must be bilingual (written & oral)
