Research Technician



  • You have a secondary technical education in Metallurgy and you are interested in Physics
  • You are accurate in working with dedicated equipment.
  • You have experience in preparing specimens for X-ray analysis.
  • You are willing to take courses on maintenance, repairing and calibrating high value equipment/ instrumentation.
  • You have experience performing necessary administrative activities related to the department such as sample storage, maintenance and calibration schedule.
  • You will report end clearly communicate measurement outcomes.  
  • You are open to follow training in the area of X-ray diffraction. 
  • You are a self-motivated, pro-active team worker. You are customer-focused and result oriented.
  • You can translate customer demands into solutions through experimental research.
  • You basic computer proficiency.
  • You have good communication skills and a good command of the English language.
