Design Engineer

Pulp and paper, food and beverage, and other applications requiring continuous power for mission critical applications.

Qualifications:

• The Design Engineer is responsible for managing multiple customer growth projects from conception to start up
• This includes direct interface with the customer’s engineering group; design and development of new products; coordinating sample submissions; assisting and overseeing lab test and documentation; develop budgetary project cost and schedules; and provide engineering support for existing product.  

Experience:

• The Design Engineer must have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple customer driven programs
• The Design Engineer must also have strong communication skills and have a strong working knowledge of electrical mechanical switching devices.

Education:

• The Design Engineer must possess a B.S. in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering and a minimum of 3-5 years in related industry/field
• Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD or Inventor preferred
