Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with 2 years experience to join
us as an important member of our team. Primary responsibilities will be to
perform engineering calculations and studies for slope stability and seismic
investigations. Other responsibilities will include excavation observations,
field sampling, supporting drilling operations, setting up laboratory testing
and analysis, consulting to contractors regarding compaction and field issues
and report writing.
- Projects will include a mix of commercial (60%) and residential (40%)
work, which will include slope stability studies, soft soil investigations,
groundwater control, classable soil studies and seismic investigations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or other related
engineering degree.
- 2-4 years of practical engineering experience
- Team player
- Self motivated
- Problems Solver
- Good Communication Skills
