Klohn Crippen Berger’s Power &
Transportation Group has an immediate opening for an Intermediate Project
Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Power part of
the group.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of previous administrative
experience, ideally in an engineering environment
- Well-organized, self-starter who will see a
project through from start to finish and then go looking for more
- Strong Word, Excel, Access and Adobe Acrobat
skills
- Skilled in graphics programs such as Corel
Draw would be an asset
- 50 wpm
- Friendly personality and the ability to work
well with others and independently in order to meet project deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication
skills
Typical Responsibilities:
- Set-up and maintain project filing/logging/database systems, both paper
and electronic for several large Power projects
- Type, edit/proof letters, memos, reports and other correspondence as
required
- Assemble reports and other documents for submission to clients
- Interface with client’s administrative staff
