Intermediate Project Administrative Assistant



Klohn Crippen Berger’s Power & Transportation Group has an immediate opening for an Intermediate Project Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Power part of the group.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous administrative experience, ideally in an engineering environment 
  • Well-organized, self-starter who will see a project through from start to finish and then go looking for more
  • Strong Word, Excel, Access and Adobe Acrobat skills
  • Skilled in graphics programs such as Corel Draw would be an asset
  • 50 wpm
  • Friendly personality and the ability to work well with others and independently in order to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and maintain project filing/logging/database systems, both paper and electronic for several large Power projects
  • Type, edit/proof letters, memos, reports and other correspondence as required
  • Assemble reports and other documents for submission to clients
  • Interface with client’s administrative staff
