This is an excellent opportunity for a geologist to work with a company from the initial stages of a new open pit mine to its underground development.
This particular role is fly in, fly out from Perth on an 8 and 6 roster. This role would suit a graduate geologist or a geologist wanting to advance their mining career.
Reporting to the quarry manager, your duties will include:
· Grade control (sampling and drilling)
· Designing markups through the survey department Production reporting
· Ore spotting
To be successful in this role, you must have completed a tertiary degree in geology.
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $75k - $110k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
