Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent, this role will provide the opportunity to take responsibility across the full project scope with several challenging projects in the pipeline across multiple sites.
Accountability in this role extends to the successful contribution of engineering services to the capital works program with responsibility for the mechanical components of each project, systems and regulatory compliance; external stakeholder management, continuous improvement as well as ensuring project details are communicated successfully across the organisation.
Mechanical Engineering qualifications are critical for this position, as is previous experience across capital projects within the mining and resources sector.
Demonstrated communication skills, team engagement, systems compliance and previous experience contributing to cultural change will be highly regarded.
