A leading salt producing mine in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia need a motivated Maintenance Superintendent. You will be joining their large mine in a leadership role, so you must be experienced and confident in this position.
Reporting to the mine manager, your main responsibilities will include:
· Maintenance of all equipment in your area of responsibility
· Management of maintenance employees
· Manage all plant costs
· Ensure maintenance budget targets are met
· Maintain mine safety standards at all times
You must also have four years leadership experience in a similar role, and sound technical knowledge of mining equipment.
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $120k - $180k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
