Our Client is a company offering engineering consultancy, design, cost
engineering, project management and construction supervision services to its
Clients.
The company specializes in assisting clients with the development,
design and construction of new mining and mineral process plant and the
refurbishment of existing gold, base-metal and industrial minerals ore
processing plants.
The company has a requirement for a number of Construction Supervisors
(Mechanical and Electrical) with experience of overseeing the scopes of work,
pertaining to your discipline on mid-sized (USD5M – USD50M) MEIP construction
projects. These projects would relate to mineral process and power generation
plant, whether on construction or similar refurbishment-type contracts.
- Candidates will have +5 years of construction experience, within your
technical discipline
- This would include the experience of monitoring project progress
generated by suitable project software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) in the
performance of their duties
- Candidates will hold a suitable tertiary qualification for this role;
C&G, diploma or HNC in mechanical or electrical engineering.
The company is based in South-East London and offers an
attractive salary and benefits, which would include travel to various mining
countries globally, in pursuit of your work objectives. The company will assist
suitably experienced engineers, with the appropriate experience, permits to
work in these countries.
Candidates with plans to relocate to the UK should also
apply. Such candidates will have experience of working on prescribed EPC/ MEIP
projects in Africa, Australia, the FSU and Asia
