Site Manager

Role Description

• The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the various trades and labour
• This is a 'customer facing' role so presentation and the ability to problem solve is important to my client.
• Responsible for overall Health and Safety on site the Site Manager will be involved in site inductions, tool box talks safety checks etc.
• Written skills will also be important as the Site Manager will be compiling progress reports, method statements and risk assessments.
• Liaising with clients, designers and reporting to the Contracts Manager the Site Manager will posses excellent communication skills.

Required Experience

• Coming from a management background the Site Manager will have experience in running sites with project values in the region of £500k - £5m. The Site Manager will hold either a CSCS or SMSTS card and valid First Aid Training
• Experience of working for major players within the industry would be of particular interest.
