Foundry Shift Supervisor

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have previous foundry
experience.
- Supervisory/Team Leader
experience.
DESIRABLE:
- HNC level or above in Metallurgy
or Material Sciences.
- Moulding and induction
melting experience desired.
- Additional experience of
heat treatment of castings would be an advantage.
ROLE:
- Reporting to the Foundry
Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the production of high quality
products to strict deadlines and costs
- You
will also be responsible for the supervision, management, motivation and
development of a team (approx 8 people) in a continuous improvement
environment.
