What the role will involve:

• Gather clear understanding of each of the projects - could be working on 5-6 projects at any one time.
• Schedules and plans already in place.
• Need to then deliver the project to the schedule.
• Liaising with the draughting team to ensure that they are using the right dimensions for each individual product(need to be able to read technical drawings).
• Making sure the materials are delivered to the factory, so products can be manufactured.
• Liaising with manufacturing team to ensure products are assembled and manufactured on time.
• Ensuring the installation team are onsite to receive the products and get them installed.
• Working with the client's Quantity Surveyor to deliver the project.
• Will come up with valuations at the end of each month, which is in turn billed to the client.
• Site meetings and Site Visits.
• Appreciation of health & safety, CIS, CSCS issue
