Senior Quantity Surveyor

• You will be asked to take a lead role in Senior QS activities for prestigious Rail clients and attend client meetings on-site.
• You are expected to have a sound working knowledge of sustainability issues, life cycle costing and risk and value management.
• Solid Rail QS experience, specifically track replacement estimating and surveying, with a sound civils background.
• A BSc in Quantity Surveying and/or be a member for the RICS or equivalent.
• A strong sense of ambition and be looking to progress within our company to a more senior level, backed up with strong performance.
• Great interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate effectively (both internally and with Clients)
