• Industrial Minerals, a monthly magazine, from mine to market the world's authority on non-metallic minerals supply and demand, seeks an Assistant Editor to join its dynamic publishing team.
• Post involves researching, investigating, writing, and editing news, on-line news, and features to exacting deadlines in a demanding environment. Duties include international travel and event chairing and attendance.
• Applicants must be well organised, demonstrate investigative flair and a gift for networking. A proven talent for writing, careful planning, attention to detail, a passion to unearth stories and information, and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Preferably a graduate in earth sciences/minerals; any experience in business/commodities journalism would be beneficial.
