Land Compensation Superintendent

• You will be accountable for developing strategies and action plans for the acquisition of land in accordance with government regulations and project management timelines
• This position will require an ability to negotiate with land owners to achieve win-win solutions and benefits for the local communities.
• You will have significant experience in handling land compensation, including a strong background in negotiation with the related community and conflict resolution
• Your tertiary qualification will support this demonstrated experience, along with your action-orientated and committed attitude and a sound understanding of the communities of Eastern Indonesia.
