Test House Manager (Mechanical)

• You will be responsible for the supervision of both day based and shift personnel, ensuring that safe working practices are in place and resources are deployed effectively to meet priorities
• In addition you will also be expected to develop the capability of the Department utilising CI tools and improvement activities as well as being responsible for the training, development and coaching of your personnel.
• With the ability to motivate and develop others, you will need to have excellent management skills and a willingness to create and introduce new ideas
• Ideally educated to degree level in an appropriate Science / Engineering discipline, it is essential that applicants are able to make decisions on a wide range of technical and operational issues with the ability to prioritise their workload.
