Manager

One of Canada’s larger mineral drilling services companies is searching for a Manager for its expanding operations in Mexico. Situated in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, the Manager will oversee all operations within the Mexican division providing operational and administrative leadership

• Reporting to the President and CEO, the ideal candidate will develop and enhance strategic partnerships with suppliers and customers while fostering relations with employees and strengthening the Company’s position as a leader in the drilling services industry in Mexico. 
• Your experience in expanding operations, managing a team, and promoting leadership, accountability, professionalism and ethical enthusiasm, is complemented by a background in the mineral drilling, geotechnical or mining industry.
• You should also have the ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
