Our client manages multidisciplinary and specialist studies for major strategic and development projects on a national level.
Due to consistent growth, they require a Senior Process Engineer.
The Senior Process Engineer will need to be experienced in heavy industry combined with environmental management, cleaner production and process improvement.
The successful candidate will have the following:
· Tertiary qualifications in Chemical/Process Engineering and experience in heavy industrial such as the metals or minerals processing, mining or the chemical sector
· Fundamental understanding of process design, process modelling, systems optimisations, risk management and environmental performance objectives
· Knowledge and understanding of control technologies, water and waste water systems, the economic assessment of industrial operations and environmental legislation
· Proven ability in the preparation of engineering designs and technical reports
· Experience in providing technical contributions to cleaner production and energy efficient programs and the preparation of environmental assessments.
