Coal Process Engineer

• Reporting to the Engineering Manager and Project Manager, this position will be responsible for ensuring resource definition and mine planning have correct sampling, analysis and processes applied to appropriately design the coal handling and preparation plants and blending systems
• Responsibilities to include providing technical support for projects already in construction and production phases as well as for processing equipment and blending systems designs at river ports and ship loading points.
• To be considered for this position you must have at least 5 years experience working as a Process Engineer within a mining industry
• Position for Jakarta office with applicant being willing to travel frequently
• Participation in CHPP modifications or green field project is an added benefit
• Have competencies which include an understanding of coal quality requirement and blending systems for coking and thermal coals, good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels with internal and external parties and an understanding of Business Improvement Principles
• Fluency in English skills is necessary.
