As Processing Team Leader you will ensure operating targets are met with an intimate team through the milling circuit operations, flotation, leaching, roasting, filtration and paste plant. Liasing with maintenance and production teams to ensure a safe and efficient workplace, you will also be responsible for the identification of production deficiencies, data analysis, report writing and new process implementation.
Proven experience in Gold Processing at supervisory level is essential and you will also show an ability to communicate with various departments. Tertiary qualifications are a pre-requisite.
