Successful Gold mining company continuing rapid growth throughout WA and SA through exploration requires an experienced Plant Metallurgist for senior role at [Mine] .
The recently recommissioned process plant features a 3 stage crushing circuit, primary ball mill, single leach tank, CIP section and Gold recovery units from Ore treatment/processing CIL 1.5million TPA plant. Aiming to increase productivity you will be responsible for the day to day plant operations as well as the identification of bottlenecking and the implementation of improved procedures, metallurgical accounting, data analysis and datra reporting.
You will have solid experience in a similar processing plant and Tertiary Qualifications are essential. Demonstrated communication skills, process analysis and reporting, and a track record of increasing productivity are highly regarded.
