Technical Recruiter

- Starting with actively, approaching and managing
candidates from job boards and identifying them against open vacancies you will
shortlist candidates depending on their suitability for interview, and ensure
effective communication with them during and after the selection process.
- You will need a strong educational background ideally of
graduate calibre with recruitment experience within either internal, contingent
or a search function
- You will have an understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
and the ability to deliver within it
- You may be required to design and conduct competency based
interviews therefore experience in interviewing and assessment technique is
needed.
