Freelance Project Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Establish and satisfy brief with client and design team.
• Establish and maintain the project handbook, project execution plan and procedures manual.
• Lead and manage project procurement, delivery and commissioning.
• Liaise with key stakeholders.
• Control all project budgets including consultants fees.
• Lead and manage the production of project documentation.
• Advise on construction/contract/cost aspects of work.

Required Experience

• You will have experience of interior fit-out on live sites and of managing projects of £2M in value, ensuring good communication skills at all levels
• You will also have the ability to manage teams and achieve results through others.
• Ideally, you will have gained qualifications in a relevant subject, such as Construction / Project Management
