Our client, an Australian based commodities producer with interests in Asia, is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor / Trainer to join their team at their Minerals Processing plant in South East Asia.

Reporting to the HSET Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
· Identifying Training Needs And Ensuring These Requirements Are Met For All Processing Personnel
· Reviewing And Reporting On Training Procedures
· Maintaining Training Records And Contributing To The Development Of Long Term Training Plans
· Liaising With Processing Staff And Other Professionals To Ensure That Training Needs Are Met In A Timely Manner
· Mentoring Others And Support The Development Of A National Workforce, Particularly National Trainers
This is a demanding role for an energetic and exacting individual. You will be required to draw upon your extensive experience to have the impact you desire.
The ideal candidate will have: extensive experience in a minerals processing, particularly in flotation; a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment; experience in a similar minerals processing training role.
Outstanding communication skills and your ability to lead and influence others will enable you to develop effective relationships with national and expatriate staff. The successful candidate will also have an independent work ethic and genuine commitment to training and mentoring a national workforce.
FIFO from point-of-hire, this is a contract position with attractive daily rates. Expatriate tax benefits apply.
