A rare and challenging position has recently developed for an experienced CHPP Superintendent to come on board and successfully manage and lead the team whilst upholding effective relationships with mining and maintenance staff. Your dedication to safety and production will insure excellent results within plant performance and expenditure.

Reporting to the Plant Manager your duties will include but not limited to:
· Overseeing and managing the processing plant to meet production targets.
· Assisting the Plant Manager in the continual enhancement of the plant
· Supervising resources to meet stringent maintenance schedules including shutdowns
· Being accountable for costs and budgets whilst discovering ways to increase efficiency
· Directing the team on quality requirements and client specifications
· Focusing on Health, Safety and Environment issues and ensuring employees meet compliance
To be successful within this role you will need:
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills
· The ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
· A strong results driven safety focus
· Fixed plant operational expertise working within a coal or mineral processing plant
· An applicable engineering degree would be advantageous
