Contracts Manager

This position requires a 4-year degree in any branch of Business or
Engineering. Position also requires 5-7 years experience with
establishing machine specifications, and/or pricing and scheduling.
Predominant Tasks:
- The incumbent will be required to maintain
original equipment orders with achievable schedules and delivery promises
established and maintained.
- Work with Manufacturing department heads to
manage input and output through analyzing capacity reports.
- Approve/reject sales quotation/orders based
on evaluation of specifications and price.
- Assist in the preparation of the original
equipment and rebuild schedules.
- Act as liaison between sales and other
disciplines in the company.
- Meet with Sales and customers to clarify
specifications and approve/reject changes.
- Calculate list pricing for customer special
options.
- Calculate list prices of standard options
for approval by Product Management.
- Provide requested information for and assist
the Regional Sales offices for pricing and delivery for issuance of proposal.
- Review all new orders and order changes.
- Continuously develop and update Planning
Bills to provide flexibility to Sales while maintaining control over inventory
investment
