Contracts Manager

This position requires a 4-year degree in any branch of Business or Engineering.  Position also requires 5-7 years experience with establishing machine specifications, and/or pricing and scheduling. 

Predominant Tasks:

• The incumbent will be required to maintain original equipment orders with achievable schedules and delivery promises established and maintained.
• Work with Manufacturing department heads to manage input and output through analyzing capacity reports.
• Approve/reject sales quotation/orders based on evaluation of specifications and price.
• Assist in the preparation of the original equipment and rebuild schedules.
• Act as liaison between sales and other disciplines in the company.
• Meet with Sales and customers to clarify specifications and approve/reject changes.
• Calculate list pricing for customer special options.
• Calculate list prices of standard options for approval by Product Management.
• Provide requested information for and assist the Regional Sales offices for pricing and delivery for issuance of proposal.
• Review all new orders and order changes.
• Continuously develop and update Planning Bills to provide flexibility to Sales while maintaining control over inventory investment
